Abstract

The present invention is provided with: a sensor (3) that measures the electrical properties of oil; a body (1) that has the sensor (3) in a sideward-facing orientation at one longitudinal end thereof; and a sensor cover (2) that has a base (21) attached to the body (1), a tip head (22) disposed so as to protrude further toward a tip side than the sensor (3) and have a large arc shape or annular shape in the radial direction, and a connecting section (23) including a first connecting column (231) and a second connecting column (232) narrower than the first connecting column (231), the first connecting column (231) and second connecting column (232) connecting the base (21) and the tip head (22). The sensor cover (2) is at a first circumferential position where the connecting section (23) covers at least some of the sensor (3).
