Prefabricated nodular girder for bridges and its construction method

Abstract

A prefabricated nodular girder for bridge according to one embodiment of the disclosed invention comprises a nodule including an upper horizontal portion, a pair of side wall portions extending downward from the upper horizontal portion, and a lower horizontal portion extending along a first direction below the side wall portion to connect the pair of side wall portions, a first J-shaped web member disposed in front of the nodule along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a second J-shaped web member disposed behind the nodule along the second direction, an upper tension member extending along the second direction to penetrate the first J-shaped web member and the second J-shaped web member and a lower reinforcing bar extending inward from a wall of the first J-shaped web member and a wall of the second J-shaped web member along the first direction, wherein each of the first J-shaped web member and the second J-shaped web member includes an upper tension member insertion hole through which the upper tension member passes, and wherein the upper tension member is disposed to pass through the upper part of the nodule and penetrate the first J-shaped web member and the second J-shaped web member.
