Abstract

The present invention discloses a culture media for bacteria Streptomyces sp (R2A788) to produce anti-HCT116 metabolites for production of potential anti-cancer drugs. The culture media comprises of: 1.5 g / L maltose as carbon source, 1 g / L Lglutamic acid as nitrogen source, 3 g / L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate as phosphorus source, 0.05 g / L magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.3 g / L sodium pyruvate, 0.5 g / L yeast extract, and 1% sodium chloride. The bacteria was cultivated for an incubation period of seven days at 25°C with an agitation rate of 150 rpm.
