A composition of cultivation media derived from 790numerically optimized treatments 1 and 2 (790-not-1 and 790-not2) for producing Anti-HCT116 from activity of streptomyces cavourensis SCK-790

Abstract

The present invention discloses two culture media for bacteria Streptomyces cavourensis (SCK-790) to produce anti-HCT116 metabolites for production of potential anti-cancer drugs namely 790-NOT-1 and 790-NOT-2. The 790-NOT-1 culture media is comprises of 13 g / L sea salt, 10 g / L starch as carbon source, and 5 g / L casein as nitrogen source with the addition of 10% inoculum level of SCK-790 culture broth. 790-NOT-2 has the same composition with the omission of sea salt. Both of the culture media were incubated at a period of five days at 30°C with an agitation rate of 150 rpm.
