Method for preparing manganese containing oxidant from nickel laterite hydrometallurgical barren liquor and application thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hydrometallurgy of nickel laterite. The present disclosure provides method for preparing manganese containing oxidant from nickel laterite hydrometallurgical barren liquor and application thereof. The method for preparing a manganese containing oxidant from a nickel laterite hydrometallurgical barren liquor disclosed in the present disclosure includes: S1, adding an oxidant and a neutralizer to a nickel laterite hydrometallurgical barren liquor to perform an oxidation and precipitation reaction of manganese, so as to obtain a manganese precipitation slurry; and S2, performing solid liquid separation on the manganese precipitation slurry to obtain a manganese containing oxidant. By using the method to treat the nickel laterite hydrometallurgical barren liquor, a precipitation rate of Mn is higher, a content of Mn2+ in externally discharged wastewater is reduced, and a content of Mn4+ in the oxidant is high, such that the method has good oxidation performance.
