Abstract

Provided are a training data generation device and a training data generation method and program which are capable of easily generating training data allowing for detection of a defect including discoloration of an object to be inspected, and a learning device and visual inspection device that use thereof. A training data generation device 2 is a training data generation device generate training data for visual inspection to determine whether or not a defect is present on an object to be inspected, and includes a control unit 20 that generates a computer graphics image as the training data based on a first parameter. The computer graphics image resembles an actual image obtained by capturing an image of an exterior appearance of the object to be inspected including a defective portion under a predetermined lighting condition. The first parameter corresponds to defect information including size, discoloration, and position of defect that are set for each type of defect that may occur on the object to be inspected.
