Precast concrete dowel and mold holder

Abstract

A Precast Concrete Dowel and Mold Holder that enhances dowel stability and alignment during precast concrete forming. It features a rectangular frame made of welded I-shaped steel members, including parallel longitudinal steel bars spaced apart by shorter perpendicularly intersected steel bars. T-intersected steel bars, featuring hook which assist specified securing materials in preventing unnecessary movement. Designated securing materials are inserted to the unobstructed passage holes of the specified steel members to firmly hold the dowels and mold in place. The securing materials are made of steel, offering stability, adaptability, and ease of maintenance through detachable means for cleaning or replacement. Additionally, steel plates are welded to elevate the frame, preventing contact with uncured concrete.
