Abstract
The utility model relates to the use of coconut oil as an additive in aquaculture enclosures to exterminate pests in aquaculture. Aquatic pests have produced significant negative biological impacts (such as high mortality rates, increased competition for nutrients, reduced growth, and health), which result in economic losses, in inland aquaculture endeavors. To eradicate pest infestations in the ponds, VCO is used as a pesticide.
