Abstract

The present utility model relates to a randang (rendang) pre-mix powder that can be readily mix with the randang (rendang) dish of Muslim communities. The laborious and lengthy cooking process of the dish would be facilitated with the ready-to-use randang (rendang) pre-mix powder to thereby significantly shorten the preparation time.
