Abstract

The utility model relates to an animal feed production processes. Existing methods or producing animal feeds are often complex, time-consuming, and require specialized equipment, making them impractical for small-scale and sustainable farming. To address this problem, the utility model provides a simplified process for producing Azolla-based animal feed using locally available materials and minimal processing steps. The claimed process comprises grinding dried Azolla, root crops, fermented feed materials, and herbal immunity boosters separately, mixing forty percent (40%) ground dried Azolla, thirty percent (30%) ground root crops, twenty percent (20%) fermented feed materials, and ten percent (10%) herbal immunity boosters by weight to form a homogeneous mixture, and mashing the mixture to produce animal feed, with optional drying and pelletizing steps. The process offers an efficient, cost-effective, and practical method for animal feed production.
