Abstract
An automatic acoustic motor protection system incorporating relay isolation and a manual bypass circuit is disclosed. The system comprises a power supply, a relay module electrically connected between the power supply and a motor, a microcontroller configured to control the relay module, and a sound sensor fixedly connected to the motor for detecting acoustic emissions generated during operation. The sound sensor continuously transmits acoustic signals to the microcontroller, which analyzes the signals in real time to determine whether they correspond to an abnormal bearing condition. Upon detection of an abnormal acoustic pattern exceeding predefined threshold parameters, the microcontroller actuates the relay module to interrupt electrical power supplied to the motor, thereby preventing mechanical damage and system failure. A manual bypass circuit is electrically connected in parallel with the relay module and includes a manually actuated switch configured to provide an alternate conductive path that allows temporary motor operation independently of the relay state during emergency or maintenance conditions. The system maintains acoustic monitoring functionality even during bypass operation. The disclosed utility model integrates acoustic fault detection, automatic relay isolation, and manual override capability within a single motor protection architecture to enhance operational safety, reliability, and flexibility.
