Abstract

The utility model discloses a glass bottle waste crushing machine for small- to medium-scale recycling applications to address inefficient and non-adjustable crushing devices unsuitable for localized glass waste management. The machine comprises a main frame having an upper support member and a side support member for structural support. A bottom casing is mounted on the upper support member and 10 serves as a discharge chute for crushed glass. A removable steel sieve is positioned above the bottom casing for controlling particle size, and rubber spacers are disposed between the bottom casing and the sieve to adjust the sieve gap. A hopper chute is arranged above the bottom casing for receiving glass bottles, and a blade assembly is mounted above the upper support member for crushing the bottles. A belt and pulley 15 transmission system connected to the blade assembly is driven by an electric motor mounted on the side support member.
