Abstract

The present utility model relates to a beverage composition, specifically to a carbonated beverage comprising coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) embryo as a functional ingredient that enhances antioxidant capacity, immune support, energy enhancement, digestive health, and blood sugar regulation compared to conventional coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) water-based carbonated drinks. A composition of a coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) embryo-based carbonated beverage comprising coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) embryo puree, coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) water, coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) milk, sugar, citric acid, coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) extract, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, gum arabic, and water.
