Abstract
A supplementary food composition comprising maize, mung bean, and sesame and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The method includes cleaning, grinding, sieving, mixing, and roasting at controlled conditions to produce a powder composition. The resulting product exhibits low moisture content, stable physicochemical properties, and measurable nutritional values. The composition may be used directly or incorporated into food products such as pancakes.
