The present utility model provides a plastic handle dispenser for wrap film, which includes: a support cylinder; an insertion cylinder, where the insertion cylinder includes an insertion section and a support section, the insertion section is inserted into the interior of the support cylinder, and the outer diameter of the insertion section is smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the support cylinder; and flanges respectively disposed at mutually distant ends of the support cylinder and the insertion cylinder to prevent detachment of a plastic film. The support cylinder and the insertion cylinder are both hollow cylinders. The present utility model has the advantages of reducing paper waste, lowering production costs, being reusable and environmentally friendly, and being adjustable to adapt to products of different specifications. It is also applicable to the winding of other strip-shaped products, thereby eliminating the need for an intermediate support core and reducing costs.
