Abstract
This utility model relates to a controller for regulating the operation of a heating apparatus used in pyrolysis process through automatic temperature monitoring and relay-based switching of a furnace control console. The controller comprises a thermocouple configured to measure furnace temperature, an ELVISmx prototyping board configured to receive temperature measurements, a computer executing a control algorithm, and a solid-state relay configured to activate or deactivate a furnace control console. The control algorithm continuously compares measured temperature with a user-defined temperature setpoint and generates switching signals for controlling operation of the furnace control console. When the measured temperature reaches or exceeds the temperature setpoint, the furnace control console is deactivated. When the measured temperature falls below the temperature setpoint, the furnace control console is activated. The controller provides automatic temperature regulation for pyrolysis processes while reducing operator intervention and improving operational consistency.
