Abstract

This utility model discloses a method of constructing monolithic building structure comprising the steps of: constructing a ring-shaped base foundation, forming a reinforced floor section integrally within the periphery of said base foundation, inflating a liquid- and gas-impermeable inflatable form over the peripheral edge of the base foundation, spraying at least one layer of insulating foam material on the interior surface of the inflatable form, installing reinforcing bars with the insulating foam material, wherein said vertical steel rebars are attached to the dowel bars provided on said ring- shaped base foundation, and spraying layers of concrete mix to the interior surface of the insulating foam material. Interior assembly of the domed structure which includes putting up of load bearing walls, staircases, elevated flooring, and divider walls is also disclosed. Also, installing of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system that includes a plurality of split-type air-conditioning units and an energy recovery ventilator system is also provided.
