Abstract
The present invention discloses a novel compound of Formula 1: having II β-HSD type 1 antagonist activity, as well as method for preparing such compound. In another embodiment, the invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula 1, for treatment of diabetes, hyperglycemia, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, and other conditions associated with II β-HSD type 1 activity.
