Abstract
The present invention discloses a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a compound of Formula 1: having 11β-HSD type 1 antagonist activity. In another embodiment, the invention discloses pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula 1 to treat diabetes, hyperglycemia, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, and other conditions associated with 11β-HSD type 1 activity.
