Abstract

in which: R1 represents a heteroaryl or heterocyclic group optionally substituted with one or more atoms or groups; X represents from 1 to 4 substituents, which are identical to or different from one another, chosen from hydrogen, a halogen, (C1-C10)alkyl, (C1 C10)alkoxy, NRaRb, nitro and cyano, it being possible for the (C1-C10)alkyl group to be optionally substituted with one or more groups chosen from a halogen, (C1 C10)alkoxy, (C1-C10)haloalkoxy, NRaRb or hydroxyl; R represents, at position 3, 5, 7 or 8 of the imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, from 1 to 4 substituents, which are identical to or different from one another, chosen from a hydrogen, a halogen, (C1-C10)alkyl, halo(C1-C10)alkyl and (C1-C10)alkoxy; R2 and R3 represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C10)alkyl group optionally substituted with an Rf group, or an optionally substituted aryl group; R4 represents: a hydrogen atom; a (C1-C10)alkyl group optionally substituted with an Rf group; or an optionally substituted aryl group, a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof and process for the synthesis thereof.
