Abstract

An improved device for optimizing combustion process and improving engine performance which device works on the internal combustion on an engine that runs on petrol, diesel or any other liquid fuels; which device is dominantly made up of alloy catalyst in association of other supportive metals; comprises of a cylindrical unit for containing an amount of catalyst, which is sufficient for the flow of fuel passing through it. The said device generates its own power by the following process which comprises the steps of: a) alloy catalyst generates current by the flow of conductive fuel over a series of dissimilar metals to impart a weak charge by the electrolytic action of these metals; b) a small high-field permanent magnet that intensifies the charge to the fuel stream is placed with other elements that impart a negative charge (ion) to the fuel stream prior to atomization at the injector or carburetor; c) negatively charged fuel droplets enter the combustion chamber and repel each other, creating a finer mist that is more readily burned; and d) Complete combustion of the ionized fuel stream translates into more power and bigger fuel efficiency and reduced exhaust emissions and discharge.
