Abstract

Compound of formula (I): in which X and Y form, with the nitrogen atom which carries them, a saturated or partially saturated, mono- or bicyclic, 5- to 10membered, cyclic amine optionally comprising from 1 to 2 additional heteroatoms chosen from O, S or N and optionally substituted by a halogen atom or a (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, cyano, NRaRb or COOR8 group, the (C1-C6)a1kyl and (C1-C6)alkoxy groups optionally being substituted by one or more halogen atoms; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a (C1-C6)alkoxy group or a (C1C6)alkyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted (C1-C6)a1kyl group; an optionally substituted (C1C6)alkoxy group; a (C1- C6)alkenyl group, a (C2-C6)alkynyl group, a -CO-R5 group, a CO-NR6R7 group, a -CO-O-R8 group, a NR9-CO-R110 group, an –N=CH—NRaRb group, a halogen atom, a cyano, nitro, hydroxyiminoalkyl or alkoxyiminoalkyl group, a (C1-C6)alkylthio group, a (C1C6)alkylsulphinyl group, a (C1C6)alkylsulphony1 group, a (C1C6)alky1)3silylethynyl group, an —S02— NR9R10 group, an optionally substituted phenyl group or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C2-C6)alkyl group, a (C1C6)a1koxy group or a halogen atom; and R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl group, a (C1-C4)a1koxy group or a fluorine atom, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof.
