Abstract
The present invention provides a pyrimidine compound of the formula (II') wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C4 alkyl; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl; X3 represents C4-C7 polymethylene, in which a CH2-CH2 may be replaced with a CH=CH, substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, trifluoromethyl and C1-C4 alkyls.
