The invention relates to quinuclidine carbonate compound of general formula (I) wherein A may be optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl or arylalkyl or heteroarylalkyl or a group of formula (a) wherein R3 and R4 are the same or different and may be independently selected from the group comprising H, (C3-C8)-cycfoalkyl, aryl or heteroaryI, acting as muscarinic receptor antagonist, to method of preparing such compound, to composition comprising them and therapeutic use thereof.
