Abstract

This invention relates to a triplex one-step RT-qPCR assay for detection of SARS-CoV-2 in human samples, wherein Envelope (E) gene and Spike (S) gene of SARS-CoV-2 and a human RNase P gene as internal control are simultaneously amplified in a single reaction using sequence-specific primers and fluorogenic probes.
