Abstract
A process for preparation of synergistic anti-fungal and antileishmanial herbal composition for use on skin, including: (a) an extract of seeds of Portulaca oleracea, Myrica nagi, Triticum aestivum and Zea mays (b) and mustard oil in an appropriate ratio of 80% by weight of extracts (20% of each extract) and 20% by weight of mustard oil . The composition of the present invention has been shown to have unexpectedly prolonged anti-fungal and antileishmanial activity when applied on the skin in the form of lotion.
