Abstract

The present invention relates to an antibody or human binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to human fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR-3), comprising a CDRH1 having the sequence GYMFTSYGIS (SEQ ID NO 1), a CDRH2 having the sequence WVSTYNGDTNYAQKFQG (SEQ ID NO 2), a CDRH3 having the sequence VLGYYDSIDGYYYGMDV (SEQ ID NO 3), a CDRL1 having the sequence GGNNIGDKSVH (SEQ ID NO 4), a CDRL2 having the sequence LDTERPS (SEQ ID NO 5), and a CDRL3 having the sequence QVWDSGSDHVV (SEQ ID NO 6), mutant form thereof and induces degradation of the receptor. Further embodiments include pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody to treat cancer.__
