Abstract
A liquid pharmaceutical composition of a potent HCV inhibitor for oral administration comprises: (a) 2% to 10% by weight of a carboxylate of Compound (1), (b) 10% to 30% by weight of surfactant; and (c) 60% to 90% by weight of a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent; and wherein the composition is substantially free of lipid, and wherein the composition forms a clear dispersion having a mean particle size of less than 1 µm upon dilution is simulated gastric fluid.
