The present invention relates to a compound having structural formula I: Wherein n, m, p, q s, t, X, Y, Z and R1 to R7 are as defined in the claims and description of the specification. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising above said compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier which is therapeutically effective for the treatment or prevention of a disease or condition of acute neurological and psychiatric disorders, etc.
