Abstract
The present invention provides compounds of the formula wherein R1 is hydrogen, R2 is hydrogen, and R3 is hydrogen; R1 is hydrogen, R2 is (2S)-2-aminopropanoyl, and R3 is hydrogen; R1 is hydrogen, R2 is (2S)-2-amino-4methylsulfanyl-butanoyl, and R3 is hydrogen; R1 is hydrogen, R2 is (2S)-2-amino-4-methyl-pentanoyl, and R3 is hydrogen; R1 is hydrogen, R2 is 2aminoacetyl, and R3 is hydrogen; R1 is benzyl, R2 is hydrogen, and R3 is benzyl; or R1 is (2-fluorophenyl)methyl, R2 is hydrogen, and R3 is (2-fluorophenyl)methyl; useful in the treatment of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and generalized anxiety disorder.
