Abstract
This invention is Zirconia ceramic incisioflal for cutting the umbilical cord during home deliveries in low income settings, rural areas and slums. Zirconia will have high sharpness that is retained through repeated use. For the sake of protection from injuries, this invention comprises of a blade with one cutting edge and the opposite non cutting side with a handle for a better grip during the incision process.
