Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an antigen binding protein, such as an antibody, that binds to HER3, a polynucleotide encoding such antigen binding protein and methods of its manufacture. The present disclosure also concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising said antigen binding protein for the treatment or prophylaxis of diseases associated with breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic, gastric, melanoma and other cancers that overexpress HER3.
