Abstract
The present invention relates to novel antiinflammatory and antiallergic compound of the general formula (I) (As Annexed) of the glucocorticosteroid series, wherein Ri -(CH2)n-Z-(CH2)n,-R3 wherein n and n' are each independently 0 ,1 or 2 ; Z is a single bond or is selected from —S-, —0and —OC(R4Rs)-; R2 and R3 as defined therein; X and Y are independently H or halogen; method of preparing such compound, pharmaceutical composition comprising them, and combination thereof.
