Abstract
The invention relates to antigen binding protein and fragment thereof and provides an antigen binding protein which specifically binds B Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA), particularly human BCMA (hBCMA) and which inhibit the binding of BAFF and / or APRIL to BCMA receptor. The invention further provides an immunoconjugate and pharmaceutical composition comprising the antigen binding protein for use in the treatment of B cell lymphoma such as Multiple Myeloma (MM) or chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL).
