Abstract

The teaching station, especially for training power boiler operators, comprises at least one pressure vessel (1), preferably cylindrical in shape, with two transparent walls, equipped with connections and apparatus that reproduces the configuration of a steam boiler on the side of one of the transparent walls, and reproduces the configuration of a water boiler on the side of the other transparent wall, the pressure vessel (1) is mounted on a technical cabinet T equipped with wheels, in which a compressor and a water tank with a pump are installed, on the vessel (1) there are interchangeable boards PG - reproducing an oil-gas burner, or PW - reproducing a solid fuel supply system, the pressure vessel (1) is equipped with the following installed on it: a mechanical safety valve, a pointer manometer, on the side reproducing the steam boiler there are installed: a pressure regulator, a steam outlet pipeline, a pressure limiter, a water level gauge and a water level limiter,desalination system connector with valve, differential water level gauge, blowdown system connector with valve, installed on the side of the water boiler: float water level sensor, minimum pressure limiter, temperature controller, maximum temperature limiter, hot water outlet, flow limiter.
