Abstract

The subject of the application is a composite heat accumulator and a method for its production. The composite accumulator, according to the invention, is characterized in that its matrix contains powdered carbon recyclate in an amount of 10% to 80% by weight, as well as molecular sieves impregnated with a phase change material in an amount of 10% to 80% by weight, and the matrix content in this composite accumulator is from 10% to 80% by weight, wherein the molecular sieves are in granular form with an equivalent granule diameter of 3 to 5 mm and a pore size of 4 to 5Å, and the powdered carbon recyclate has a constant grain size curve with an equivalent grain diameter of less than 5 mm, wherein the content of phase change material in the molecular sieves is from 45% to 55% by volume. The method according to the invention is characterized in thatthat in the first stage, silica molecular sieves in the form of granules with an equivalent granule diameter of 3 to 5 mm and a pore size of 4 to 5Å are placed in a vacuum chamber and then the whole is flooded with a liquid phase change material, then by heating with a heater the phase change material is kept in a liquid state and by means of a vacuum pump the pressure is maintained in the range of 80 to 100 kPa until the formation of air bubbles ceases, obtaining a content of phase change material in the molecular sieves of 45% to 55% by volume, after which the granulate of silica molecular sieves impregnated with the phase change material is filtered off from the excess phase change material, and then the second stage is passed, in which from 10% to 80% by mass of granulated silica molecular sieves, impregnated with phase change material are mixed in a mechanical mixer with a matrix in an amount of 10% to 80% by mass and with carbon recyclate in an amount of 10% to 80% by mass, then placed in a mold and left to solidify.,
