Double-cone vibration isolator

Abstract

The subject of the application shown in the drawing is a double-cone vibration isolator for mounting a technological device subjected to vibration. The double-cone vibration isolator is equipped with a disc-shaped base with a concave conical surface with an inclination angle ă ranging from 0° to 30°. On the concave surface of the base is placed a lower annular flexible insert, the convex conical surface of which contacts the concave conical surface of the base. On the other side of the lower annular flexible insert is a concave conical surface with an inclination angle α ranging from 10° to 30°. The annular flexible inserts, with an interior filled with elastic material, are filled with shaped elements.
