Abstract

The water heat accumulator is a cylindrical tank (4), covered with thermal insulation (7) on the outside and with a waterproof layer (3) on the inside, placed inside a waterproof reinforced concrete housing (8). The tank (4) and the housing (8) are located on a support plate (30). The tank (4) is equipped with half-covers covered with a cover (12), and the half-covers are placed inside an annular mounting cover (9) closing the tank (4) and the housing (8) from the outside. Inside the tank (4), a circulation partition (5) for heated water is arranged vertically, and below the half-covers is a set of floats (6) of thermal insulation (7). Between the set of floats (6) and the set of half-covers, there is a chamber (2) to compensate for the thermal expansion of water. Inside the tank (4), near the bottom, there is a heating element (25) connected to its power supply cables, the connector (27) of which is located in the mounting half-cover (11).Inside the tank (4), there is a central heating water exchanger (13), connected to a pipe (16) for supplying central heating water and a pipe (15) for draining return water from the central heating to the central heating water exchanger (13), mounted in the mounting half-cover (11). Above the central heating water exchanger (13), there is a domestic water exchanger (14), connected to a pipe (17) for supplying cold domestic water from the network and to a pipe (18) for draining heated domestic water, also mounted in the mounting half-cover (11). The tank (4) contains a water level sensor (20) and a water temperature sensor (22), while a vent (24) is mounted in the cover (12). The assembly half-cover (11) also houses the hose (54) of the water level control system in the tank (4), equipped with a connector (29) at the top for connection to the mains water source and starting water. The insulation (7) of the tank (4) is located on a permeable support (32), under which a leak collector (31) is placed, connected to the end of the pipe (33) for draining leaks. The upper end of the pipe (33) is mounted in a mounting half-cover (11), in which is also mounted a pipe (35) for supplying hot starting water, equipped at the top with a connector (29) for connection to the starting water source.
