Abstract
The subject of the application is a gelatin and / or chitosan composition plasticized with a deep eutectic mixture (DES), which contains 10% - 50% by weight of a ternary deep eutectic mixture (DES), obtained by mixing choline chloride, tannic acid and an aliphatic di- or tricarboxylic acid in a molar ratio of 35-45:0.1-1:10-20, 0 - 90% by weight of gelatin and 0 - 90% by weight of chitosan. The subject of the application is also a method for obtaining a gelatin and / or chitosan film plasticized with a deep eutectic mixture (DES), which is characterized in that 0 - 90% by weight of gelatin and 0 - 90% by weight of chitosan are added to 10% - 50% by weight of a ternary deep eutectic mixture (DES), obtained by mixing choline chloride, tannic acid and an aliphatic di- or tricarboxylic acid in the above-mentioned molar ratio, and then the components of the composition are mixed until a homogeneous liquid is obtained, then poured onto a flat surface and dried until the solvent evaporates.
