Abstract

A tachometric anemometer with a flow direction indicator having a flow direction rudder (2) attached to the side of a closed housing and having a turbine constructed from a system of several cups (5) with a shape similar to a hemisphere, arranged in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the turbine and having a system for measuring the rotational speed of the turbine based on the frequency of reflected light pulses, characterized in that in the upper part (1) of the housing, in the base of the housing, a vertical axis (4) of the anemometer turbine is mounted in a bearing, on which at the top, outside the housing, a cup-shaped measuring turbine of the anemometer is mounted, and at the bottom, to the axis (4) of the turbine, inside the housing, an optical impulse disc (7) is mounted horizontally, reflecting light from below, and in the lower part (8) of the housing, in the base of the housing, a rotational axis (10) of the anemometer housing, constituting a vertical tube, is mounted in a bearing,wherein the turbine axis (4) and the rotational axis (10) of the housing are horizontally shifted relative to each other, and a support (11) of the measuring tip (12) of the optical fiber (14) is horizontally attached to the upper end of the rotational axis (10) of the housing, which is directed at the impulse measuring disc (7), and the optical fiber (14) is led out of the housing through an opening inside the rotational axis (10) of the housing and connected to the anemometer measuring system, while the lower end of the rotational axis (10) is mounted in the stationary base (15) of the anemometer.,
