The subject of the application is a method for manufacturing a food product, which is characterized in that the preparation process carried out in the process device includes volumetric mixing of the mixture at 30 - 50 rpm, grinding the ingredients of the mixture with a knife at 500 - 2500 rpm. / min, venting and deoxidation using a vacuum pump, injecting inert gas from an inert gas tank and direct injection of steam at a temperature of 135°C - 150°C through a steam generator, then transporting the product using a product pump through a pipeline under anaerobic conditions to an anaerobic buffer tank equipped with a heating system maintaining a temperature of 73°C - 80°C, creating a controlled gas cushion of inert gas in the free space above the product in the anaerobic buffer tank, then transporting the product through an insulated pipeline using a product pump, its hot filling in a packaging machine and hot packaging into unit moulds at a temperature of 65°C - 75°C and inert gas conditions, then rapid cooling of the product to ÄT = 40-50°C in unit moulds in a cooling system with a maximum T = 4°C and intensive air circulation, then storing in refrigerated or frozen conditions.
