Abstract

A slitting system with autonomous cutting heads for slitting bakery doughs, confectionery doughs and / or other products, equipped with a supporting structure and a conveyor for trays with pieces that directs them to the zone of the slitting elements of the device, characterized in that it comprises autonomous drive carts for active and passive slitting heads (9), a 3D scanning camera (6) for analyzing trays (5) with pieces, and at least one drive unit (7) for the slitting heads (9), wherein each slitting head (9) is equipped with solenoid valves with nozzles located at the outlet.
