Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of printing using electrospinning, in which, before the step of applying a first voltage to the dispensing nozzle (3.5), the following steps are performed: pre-scanning the surface of the substrate (5.1) using a measuring probe (4.3) to determine the operating parameters, which include the correct distance of the dispensing nozzle (3.5) from the substrate, or the value of the second voltage to ensure an electric field of constant intensity between the dispensing nozzle (3.5) and the substrate (5.1), wherein the measurement of the operating parameters is carried out with a pre-defined step, which is a multiple of the minimum step of the dispensing nozzle (3.5), thus defining areas of the substrate (5.1) with assigned operating parameters of the nozzle, sequentially saving in the table of corrections of the control system the appropriate correction values ​​for control instructions based on the determined operating parameters of the dispensing nozzle position (3.5),5), or the value of the second voltage, wherein the voltage is increased or decreased to ensure the optimal electric field strength between the dispensing nozzle (3.5) and the substrate (5.1) at each point of the defined area of ​​the substrate, wherein the use of the established operating parameters for forming a functional ink droplet by electrospinning, with assumed operating parameters, is performed cyclically for all print points on the substrate (5.1). The subject of the application is also a device for printing using electrospinning.
