Abstract

A system for protecting buildings against unwanted animals, comprising a trapdoor and a triggering mechanism, is characterized in that it comprises a guiding tunnel (3) leading to a trapdoor containing at least one trapdoor wing (1) and a release field (2), wherein the trapdoor cooperates with a triggering mechanism activated by the action of an animal on the release field (2), and below the trapdoor there is a masking cassette (6) containing a catching bag (8), wherein activation of the triggering mechanism causes the trapdoor to open and the catching bag to unfold.
