Abstract
A process for utilizing spent grain, a byproduct of craft beer production, by obtaining flour through the stages of receiving, pressing, drying, and milling the spent grain. The wort recovered from pressing can be used to make distilled beverages such as gin or spirits, and the dried grain (unmilled) can be used to make granola or cereal bars.
