Modular unit, surface delimiting system and method for making them

Abstract

The invention relates to a modular unit, a surface delimitation system and a method of making them. The system, according to the invention, comprises at least two modular units, the modular unit comprising threaded metal rods (2), a base (3), two posts (5.1, 5.2), a panel (6), each post comprising a plurality of post segments (5.1n, 5.2n), each post segment (5.1n, 5.2n) comprising a post segment casing (5.1n.1, 5.2n.1) made of a recyclable sandwich material, a post segment reinforcement (10.1n, 10.2n), forming a volume (v1) between the post segment reinforcement (10.1n, 10.2n) and the post segment casing (5.1n.1, 5.2n.1), a post segment core (9.1n, 9.2n) made of polystyrene, forming a volume (v2) between the core (9.1n. 9.2n) of the column segment and the reinforcement (10.1n, 10.2n) of column segment, the volume (v1) and the volume (v2) being configured to be filled with a concrete (14) such that the total volume VbST = V1+V2 of column concrete represents between 25% and 50% of the total volume (VST) of the column. The method, according to the invention, of making the modular unit comprises five stages, namely the first in which the manufacture and assembly of the threaded metal rods (2) takes place, in the second stage the manufacture and assembly of the pedestal (3) takes place, in the third stage the manufacture and assembly of the two columns (5.1, 5.2) takes place, after which the manufacture and assembly of the panel (6) and finally the filling with concrete of each column (5.1, 5.2) takes place.
