Abstract

The invention relates to a surgical instrument in mobile version, meant to be used in surgical procedures of palatine tonsil. According to the invention, the instrument consists of two rods (1 and 2) fixed in the middle by a rivet (3), which permits their ends to move apart and be brought together like a clamp, where the first rod (1) is provided at one end with an attachment ring (4) placed at a distance of 8 cm from the rivet (3) and at the other end with a 12 cm-long arm (5) continued by a flattened portion of the rod (1) to form a platband (6) placed in the plane of the rings (4 and 7), with a width of 7 mm and a length of 7 mm and ending by its bending of 90° to the left, so as to form a lip of 2⋯3 mm needed for hooking the pillar, while the second rod (2) is provided, similarly to the first rod (1), at the same end, with an attachment ring (7) joined by a rivet (3) to the other rod (1) on the right side thereof and, at the other end, is provided with an arm (8) having a length of 9 cm from the attachment ring (7) to the rivet (3) and of 13 cm from the rivet (3) to its terminal portion, exhibiting an angle of 150° between these two segments in the vertical plane and of 15° in the horizontal plane, to the right, where, 3 mm before the end, the arm (8) has an angle of 70° in the vertical plane and it ends with a disc-shaped base (9) with a diameter of 15 mm.
