Automated system for water cooling with metallic serially- or parallely-configured pressurized containers, in thermal plants for growing artificial crystals

Abstract

The invention relates to a water cooling system for thermal plants for growing crystals (Czochralski, Bridgman, EFG etc). The system is suitable to be installed in laboratories, facilities or companies performing activities of research or artificial crystals micro-production. According to the invention, the system includes the following subsystems: three pressurized tanks provided inside with a temperature-regulated double cooling coil in a serial or parallel configuration, an electro-pump with adjustable speed with a thermal safety mechanism and a panel for automation and control of water cooling, consisting of an automatic programmable controller, a static frequency converter and a digital display which monitors and controls the entire cooling process.
