Abstract

The invention relates to a reversible process which uses air and water, accessible and endless sources, as working substances, and to a smart installation of electric energy storage-unstorage by its conversion and reconversion into various combined energy forms, carrying out the electric energy storage for long periods of time and having the capacity of continuously or temporarily taking over the electric energy generated by any conventional or unconventional source. According to the invention, the process of electric energy storage / unstorage is carried out by the reversible conversion thereof into two interactive energy forms: with compressed air and chemical, it being intermediated by water electrolysis, by the hydrogen storage inclusively in physically-chemically treated forms, both by prior treatment and during storage, it being intermediated by the reversed physical-chemical treatment, with recovery of water, chemical-processing agents and with heat release to be used for reconversion into electric energy. The claimed installation is organized on two functionally and synergetically interactive lines of storage / unstorage which consist of a station for preliminary air processing provided with compressors, compressed air storage, heat exchangers, pneumatically-driven turbines and electric generators, station of preliminary processing and water electrolysis, process unit for hydrogen processing – physically-chemically storing process unit for reversed physical-chemical processing of forms with stored hydrogen for energy recoversion, recovery and recycling of the used chemical agents.
