Claims

1. A reinforced composite pipe for pressure and gravity pipelines laid by open-pit or microtunneling methods, manufactured by continuously winding reinforcing fillers impregnated with a binder onto a mandrel with subsequent curing, and having at least the following layers: an inner layer containing a binder based on epoxy vinyl ester resin from 55 to 96 wt.%, continuous and chopped rovings from 3 to 35 wt.% and a basalt veil from 1 to 10 wt.%, a structural layer containing unsaturated polyester resin from 15 to 50 wt.%, continuous rovings from 2 to 60 wt.%, chopped rovings from 3 to 35 wt.% and dispersed filler from 0 to 80 wt.%, and an outer layer containing a binder based on epoxy vinyl ester resin from 90 to 99 wt.% and a reinforcing veil from 1 to 10 wt.%.

2. A reinforced composite pipe according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the thickness of the inner layer of the reinforced composite pipe is 1-3 mm, the thickness of the structural layer is 3-100 mm, and the thickness of the outer layer is 0.3-2 mm.

3. A reinforced composite pipe according to paragraph 1 or 2, characterized in that it is equipped with a coupling hermetically connected to the pipe using an elastic seal.

4. A reinforced composite pipe according to paragraph 3, characterized in that the coupling is steel, composite or plastic.

5. A reinforced composite pipe according to paragraph 3, characterized in that the composition and structure of the coupling correspond to the composition and structure of the reinforced composite pipe.

6. A reinforced composite pipe according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner layer contains chopped rovings of fiberglass.

7. A reinforced composite pipe according to claim 1, characterized in that the structural layer contains chopped rovings of fiberglass.

8. A reinforced composite pipe according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer layer contains a reinforcing veil of C-glass, and / or a basalt veil, and / or a carbon fiber veil.
